– to avoid bank charges, please use the IBAN within the EU. Payments are to be made free of charge to the beneficiary. Any bank charges will be collected on site. Clearly state the participant's name(s), matching the name(s) on the registration form, otherwise the payment cannot be allocated.

A letter of confirmation will be forwarded to you as soon as we have received full payment.
Please note
The reduced registration fee only applies, if it is credited to the congress account before the deadline. Registering before November 26, 2010, without making an actual payment is not sufficient for obtaining the reduced fee. Pre-registration without payment of the registration fee is possible. The full on-site fee is to be paid at the registration desk (Credit card or cash in EURO).
Group Registration
To register several persons please fill in a registration form for each person. Incomplete registration forms cannot be processed. Registration material (badges, congress bags, vouchers, etc.) for groups with more than 10 persons have to be collected on Wednesday, first day of the congress until 18:00.
Terms of Cancellation
Notice of cancellation must be made in writing, by registered letter or fax, to the congress office (please find our address under “contact”).
Registration fees will be refunded as follows:
Written cancellation received:
- by January 7, 2011: 75% refund
- after January 7, 2011: no refund
The date of the postmark or fax ID will be considered for refund policy. Please indicate your preferred method of reimbursement (cheque or bank transfer, incl. account number) on your written cancellation.
All refunds will be made after the congress.
Bank Transfer Charges
All bank charges for the transfer service have to be paid by participants.
Late Payment
Fees that have been forwarded too late may not have been credited to the congress account when the meeting starts. To avoid double payment, please make sure to bring a copy of your receipt.
